Resisted sprints with the sled/ladder


Sets:

6 Resisted Sprints, 12 Reps of ladder Work (6 kinds of footwork patterns, gone through twice)


Coaching Points:

We coach getting that back foot as far out in front of the other foot as much as possible. We teach to really get that first step into the ground and to press through the ground when sprinting. Make sure you have good knee drive! Keep your arms going from your ear to your hip, not crossing your arms in front of your body. The ladder make sure your feet are tight to the ladder and make sure you feet are firing as fast as possible! Make sure to use your arms when doing this. Remember the faster your arms move the faster your feet move! Great work kiddo!!! We offer speed, agility and athletic training for all ages!
