Rapture’s owners being former D-1 athletes, as a company we really take pride in the development of our athletes. Our fitness trainers will find out exactly what you need to work on and develop a personalized program for you. The training is specific to the respective sport of the individual.

We offer private yoga for those who need one on one coaching. Our private yoga is unique because we give our yoga instructors the freedom to come to you, the client. If that doesn’t work for you we are willing to meet you at a central location, Group Yoga will be available to those who prefer group sessions.

Athletic Yoga is a program we designed to meet the needs of athletes. Athletic Yoga focuses on the strengthening of the muscles and joints, while producing a more mobile and agile athlete. Our staff being primarily composed of former athletes, we understand the importance of not only strength, explosiveness and power but also the necessity of flexibility. Allow us to implement our one of a kind yoga program for your team.

Our staff will create a personalized meal plan for you to help obtain your fitness goals. Our company understands how important nutrition is when getting results in the gym. Our staff not only creates a meal plan for you to follow, we also create a grocery list for you. We have a variety of meal planning options varying from vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, etc. We also offer 24/7 support from our staff in regards to your meal plan.
