Pudge Cotton has vast knowledge and experience when it comes to the fitness industry.  Pudge oversees all aspects of personal training including but not limited to PT development, Onboarding new clients, contract negotiations (Private Gyms), and program development.

As the Chief Executive Officer and Fitness Director he assists, designs and implement business strategies, plans and procedures. He also oversees daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Leadership, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.) Assessing risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized he sets strategic goals, making sure they are measurable.

Pudge has a degree in Chemistry from Eastern Michigan University. At EMU he played four years of football, being a team captain his senior season. He also owns an Airbnb business called Rapture Lifestyle Living, which he oversees the operation side of the business as well. Pudge has a huge passion for the youth and giving back to those who have gone through our criminal justice system. In the near future Pudge hopes to develop programs that further enhance the youth and those who have been incarcerated using a holistic health and wellness approach!
